We want you to love your purchase. If you receive your shipment and find that the product is damaged, defective or incorrect, we’ll immediately make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of your purchase at email@example.com and we’ll remedy the situation quickly. If however, you receive your purchase and it’s just not right for you, products that are new and still within their original packaging can be returned within 7 days. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a return. A 15% restocking fee will be subtracted from refund once products are received back in good condition at our warehouse.
